Level 1 - DAY 2 Basic: "Reports and Data Quality Training"

Forms/Notes Section, Reportable Forms vs. Notes, Client Contacts, Groups, Information and Referral, Non Client Services, Reports Section, MIS & CDS Maintenance Plan to Ensure Good Data Quality, Non CDS/MIS Report Cheat Sheet (Client Tab, Contact Tab, Miscellaneous Tab, Information and Referral Tab, Management Reports Tab, CRMS Management Reports).

Level 2 Intermediate: "How to use Doc Design Software"  (to create your own Custom Reportable Forms and Custom Reports Based off of your Reportable Forms).
