March 2007 CRMS launches our OTRS on-line ticket system.

February 2007 CRMS Level one and two certification curriculum is finalized.
January 2007 HL7 interface specifications completed and testing phase initiated.
January 2007 CRMS moves to it's new 4000 square foot facility complete with a state of the art training classroom.
