CRMS (Client Record Management System) was initially conceived as a solution for providing secure and efficient access to client centered documentation. Working intensively with a local community based mental health agency (Frontenac Community Mental Health Services, Kingston, Ontario, Canada) we were able to incorporate the community mental health data set as well as their own assessment tools and related documents.
We work closely with all of our new customers to enhance CRMS. Various assessment tools, the CDS dataset, MIS Workload Measurements, Addictions dataset, Child and Adolescent information, Crisis Services, and numerous other tools and features have been incorporated.
We believe that the combination of our enthusiastic support team with their commitment to quality customer service coupled with the desire to continually move forward developing new technologies and our flagship program CRMS is making our product the number one choice in case management software.
We consider CRMS to be a 'live' project, that is to say that we are continually expanding the capabilities of CRMS and all of it's associated products and services.
