The CRMS Crisis Services program works in conjunction with the CRMS Case Management application. The Crisis Services application has been developed in association with several crisis teams across Ontario. The user interface and work flow has been optimized for their unique requirements to minimize data input and allow quick access to critical information. Crisis data is seamlessly "pushed" from section to section to eliminate any data entry duplication.
