Crisis Call Center
The integrated crisis call center application is a complete solution. The calls can be fielded by a central location, call audio recordings can be electronically recorded, stored and reviewed. Depending on the outcome the callers profile can be electronically "referred" to specific partnering agencies using CRMS for follow up. A web based interface is also available allowing partnering agencies to post a secure "web alert" directly into the crisis application for follow up or assessment. The application also provides seamless communication with mobile crisis workers through wireless technology.
